Commission Terms ♡
A few friendly things to know before we start working together (｡•ᴗ•｡). Please read these over — you'll confirm you've read them when you send your request ✿.
What you'll get ✿
Each commission is an original, hand-made pastel piece created just for you ♡. We'll agree on the details — subject, style, and size — before any work begins.
Unless we arrange otherwise, you'll receive your finished piece in the format we discussed (for example, a physical original or a high-resolution digital file at the dimensions we settle on). I'll always confirm exactly what's included in your quote.
Turnaround ⏳
Most pieces take around 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and how full my queue is at the time (｡♥‿♥｡). I'll give you a clearer estimate with your quote, and I'll send progress photos along the way so you're never left wondering.
Deposit 💌
To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is due upfront once you accept your quote. Work begins after the deposit is received.
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. It covers the time, materials, and queue spot reserved for your piece.
Final balance ♡
The remaining 50% is collected when your piece is finished, through a separate secure payment link I'll send you. For physical pieces, your commission ships once the final balance is paid ✿.
Revisions ✏️
Your quote includes 2 rounds of minor revisions so we can get the little details just right (＾▽＾). Larger changes — like a different subject or a major reworking — may need a new quote, and I'll always talk that through with you first.
Usage rights 🖼️
Commissions are for personal use — to enjoy, display, and share for non-commercial reasons ♡. Please don't reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially without my written permission. I keep the right to share photos of finished work in my portfolio and on social media (unless we agree otherwise).
Characters & fan art ✿
Commissions featuring existing characters or fan art may be subject to additional terms — please ask before requesting, and I'll let you know what's possible (｡•ᴗ•｡).
If I can't finish 🌧️
In the rare case that I'm unable to complete your commission, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit. I'll always communicate with you as early as possible if anything comes up ♡.
